The church of Christ is not what it seems today. What with a lot of false preachers running the pulpits with a strong notion of self rather than the true gospel of Jesus Christ. Many of these false pastors and Bible teachers can be detected from the fruits they bear. Many are interested in glorifying themselves, or interested in self material and financial enrichment especially at the expense of the church members.

There are three simple rules in life: 1. If you do not go after what you want, you will never have it; 2. If you don’t ask, the answer will always be no; 3. If you do not step forward, you’ll always be in the same place. When you are sure of what you want, other peoples decision to stop you actually arouses your thirst to go for it. They shouted even louder. Think about it when you are easily put of while you are thirsting for something.
Everyone is in a race, but not all finish or win. But note that Christianity is not a competition. We all have different kinds of races, but staying focused onto the prize is what matters most. Unless you are not aiming at the prize then you keep getting tired. Focus, patience and persistence will keep you in the race will all your strength.
When we are constantly speaking we end up loosing on what we would have learnt. Too much of speaking develops dumbness. True it is that in many cases that we also learn by teaching and teach by speaking. That then is not the point. Some people have made it a career to speak and speak and if time will allow, which it never does then this people end up trying to listen.
Everything we need to advance in life is in our hands. 2nd Peter 1:3, 1st Thessalonians 4:11, John 5:5-8 His divine power has given us everything we need for life and Godliness through the KNOWLEDGE 2nd Peter 1:3. There is nothing that you need to do whatever you have to do, that is not available. Everything is at your disposal.
It is not what everybody thinks is right that is best for you. The desires hidden deep inside of you need a different approach to be granted. Depending and working on others opinion will leave you at a “sorry” state. Let your hunger and thirst determine your drive. Let your hunger and thirst determine your drive.
A friend of mine asked me to share this, so here goes… A group of alumni, highly established in their careers, got together to visit their old university professor. Conversation soon turned into complaints about stress in work and life. Offering his guests coffee, the professor went to the kitchen and returned with a large pot of coffee
